The Palouse Road Runners serves the
community by promoting healthy running and exercise, by conducting
competitive well-organized races, by encouraging daily workouts on trails of
known distances, by assisting many other community organizations who want to
sponsor fun-run events, and by elevating running to the esteemed status it
so richly deserves in the Moscow/Pullman communities. We currently sponsor three road races each year: the Snake River Half Marathon in March, the WSU 100k in April, and Moscow Mountain Madness on the Sunday after Labor Day each September. Previous events include the Master's Run, Albion Run, and the Women's Run. Please fill out our volunteer form to sign up to help with any of these races! We always need enthusiastic volunteers to help with water stops, start and finish setup, timing, and registration. There are currently about 40 members in the PRR. Membership is renewed each year for $15 per individual or $20 for a family membership. Membership fees are subsidized, since the cost of our membership-based RRCA insurance far exceeds the income from dues. Fill out our membership form to keep your membership current, whether you are renewing or new to the PRR. Our newsletter is now completely online. There are currently about 100 members in the PRR.
