2004 WSU 100K Update

Get your team together! The 15th annual WSU 100K Relay and Solo is scheduled for Sunday, April 4th 2004. The format is the same as previous years where teams of up to 10 runners will complete the scenic 100K (62+ miles) course. The relay legs vary in length from four to nearly nine miles long. Take a look at the course info kindly provided by our fearless leader, Alan Place. Hardy ultra-marathon endurance runners complete the course solo cheered on by the team runners.

Entry forms and further details are available on the 100K website  www.wsu100k@wsu.edu and there is
even a page for runners looking for teams and teams looking for runners on the 100K site. So plan on getting involved even if you do not have a full team!

Have a non-running significant other who does not want to miss the fun? Course volunteers have a great time and get a race shirt for their efforts, please contact Wendy at wsu100K@wsu.edu if you would like to help. The race is a benefit for the American Cancer Society and has raised $5000 for the cause in the last two years.
