TrainingCommentsI'm brand new to the area from Portland and am hoping to connect with a few people to get out there and log a few miles. I'm an "easy" runner preferring to shed stress and get my daily dose of vitamin D over speed-demoning my way through a run. I'm most interested in meeting new runners in this area than anything so I'm happy to accommodate just about any pace!
TrainingCommentsI am looking for a running partner or two to do some longer easy-paced weekend runs. 4-8 miles, I'm flexible. I run between 9.5-8.5 minute miles depending on climate, terrain and length of run. Let me know if anyone is interested!
TrainingCommentsAm looking for Team-in-Training alumnus in the Moscow-Pullman area to run with.
TrainingCommentsJust moved here from Washington State. Was a member of the cross country and track teams at Central Washington University. Now my running focus is mostly on longer races (10 mile to marathon), but I do occasionally like to get in a 5k or 10k. I will be a PhD student in movement sciences this fall and will have a busy schedule. On weekdays I will need to run early in the morning (around 5am) or possibly late at night. On weekends I should be free any time.
TrainingCommentsI have run a few half marathons and after a small injury from the last race have decided to get back into the swing of things. Looking to work up to a consistent 6 - 7 mm. Would like to qualify for Boston. Free early morning, late evening, and most weekends.
TrainingCommentsI've been running the Bill Chipman Palouse Trail. Every Saturday I start in Pullman make it to Moscow and head back to Pullman. The entire run is about 14 miles. I'm not a quick runner maybe 8 mm or so, it varies. Would enjoy additional runners to do the long trail with. |
