TrainingCommentsI'm new to Moscow and am looking to find some running buddies. I'd love to do some shorter(4-8 miles) early morning or later afternoon weekday runs and longer runs on the weekend. I run around a 7:30 pace, but can go faster/slower depending on the workout objective. Thanks!
TrainingCommentsI am new to the area...hope to join the club soon. I am getting back to running after a long break, so my pace is only around 7:30-8 min/mi, but hopefully I will get faster very soon. And I like challenges. I am available anytime before 3pm, except on Wednesdays and Thursdays I am available all day. Thanks! Ryan
TrainingCommentsI am a former x-country runner at the collegiate level. I have fallen out of my best form but I am still in good shape overall. I am looking for someone in the 7 min. down to 6 min. per mile pace for right now. I also am interested in speed / hill climbing workouts to maximize VO2. I'm also pretty new to the area and want to meet new people who share my interests in staying fit and healthy. Cheers!
TrainingCommentsI am new to town and would love to find new running partners. I run about a 10-11 minute mile and like hills. I am following a training program so the distance run on Saturdays will vary.
TrainingCommentsIn town for 5 weeks at U of I and looking for someone to run with early in the morning, I usually go around 6:30AM. I'm just doing mileage right now running between 6 flat to 6:40 pace.
TrainingCommentslooking for some runners for morning runs. I'm currently running 4-6 miles but am looking to start 8-10 sometime in the near future. I run a 8:30/9 minute mile (definitely 8:30 after my cup of coffee)! Hit me up for some A.M. runs (once, maybe 2/3 times a week)
TrainingCommentsI like training in the 10-11 min/mile range. Will start my longer runs after the WSU 100K and hope to work up to 26-27 miles before leaving for France a few days before my marathon.
TrainingCommentsI enjoy running and have a goal to complete two full marathons this year. I am currently taking it easy and running about 20-25 miles a week at a 9 min pace. I am looking for someone to run with that is wanting to push themselves to run at a faster pace, and increase weekly mileage.
TrainingCommentsI am training for my first long distance run and want someone to run with to help me stay motivated and to continue to improve. Evenings work best for me as I work during the day.
TrainingCommentsI'm running the Missoula Marathon this summer, and so am currently training for the Snake River Canyon 1/2 as incentive to get those longer runs in sooner. I ran XC in high school but am not fast. Right now I could keep at an 8 min mile pace for about 4 miles probably, but past that, I'd probably slow a bit. I'm running about five miles on average days now, maybe 8 on longer ones, but I improve fairly quickly. If you're looking to train seriously or at least habitually and it sounds like you're around my pace, please email me :D Also, if anyone knows of running groups in Pullman, please let me know of those too, thanks.
TrainingCommentsI have been training through the fall and would be interested in training with anyone who falls into the 6:40-7:40 range; I am looking for a interval and threshold partner who wants to work hard and improve on their times.
TrainingCommentsI run/walk at a 10-12 min/mile, but I've been doing some speedwork on the treadmill to build my endurance. I am looking for a trainer to help me train for my first half marathon. I was thinking about doing a full marathon but just to be safe, I'll stick with a 1/2. I am also looking for a running buddy. I work during the day, and so my only running time is weekends and night. I also have a UREC membership.
TrainingCommentsI am visiting WSU from Kenya and would like to join a group of runners.Anyone out there? Please drop me an email.
TrainingCommentsI am 18 years old and currently attending Washington State University. I ran all throughout high school (track and XC) and I still enjoy running quite a bit! I ran my first marathon last February and would love to run another and see if I can better my time of 3:45! I average about a 6:40 mile pace up to about 10 or 11 miles. However, I can go slower if needed, I really just want someone to run with! As I am at WSU right now my schedule can be a little, well, hectic...however there is always a time during the day (or night?) where I will have be able to run! It just won't be the same time everyday and I have no problem getting up early to run!
TrainingCommentsJust moved to Moscow for school. Busy schedule, but I try to run daily. 7-8 minute miles is fine. Pace is negotiable faster or slower. Hope to meet some more runners!
TrainingCommentsI'm looking for a running buddy to keep me motivated. I've chosen to train for my first half-marathon in Oct. I love running, but I'm not fast. Anyone in the Orofino area that's interested let me know!
TrainingCommentsHi all, I am looking for someone to run with in the Moscow Idaho area. Please feel free to contact me and see you on the road.
TrainingCommentsI'm moving to Pullman for work at the end of July and would like to get connected with other area runners. I just ran my first half marathon (Seattle Rock 'n Roll) a few weeks ago and had a blast! My pace ranges from 9:15 to 9:40 minute mile. I'd also be interested in finding more places to run locally. Thanks!
TrainingCommentsI will be training for my third half marathon but I am not at all fast and just want someone who would be willing to hold me accountable and maybe push me, or just run for fun! I have a membership to the WSU REC Center as well.
TrainingCommentsI would love to have a training buddy for my half marathon this summer. I simply need help getting out the door! I run at about an 8 minute mile pace and I know tons of good runs in the area!
TrainingCommentsI'm new to the area and looking to get involved in my new running community. I like dirt (and would really like to explore area trails), but like civilized runs, too. And, even though I'm from Texas, I'm not afraid of the cold or the white stuff! "No run is too long or too hard with good company."
TrainingCommentsI am training for my first 1/2 marathon. I run several shorter races throughout the year, mostly 5k or 10k. I don't run fast, generally a 9 or 10 minute mile. I would like to get to an 8 min mile for the race. My schedule is somewhat flexible as far as training time goes, though I try to run at least 5 days a week. If anyone is up for a run let me know.
TrainingCommentsI'm looking for someone to run with around Saint Maries. I prefer trails, but am open to roads too. Any distance is fine for now. I'm trying to build up for the Spokane River Run 50k in mid-April, just thinking about starting a training plan soon. I'm not a speed demon!!! Just want to enjoy the scenery. Email me if you'd like a partner to run with!
TrainingCommentsI'd like to run the marathon, but am also willing to train for a half. I'd just like someone to run my long runs and maybe distance sprints with. I'm a talker ;o) Oh. and I'm not very fast (8.5-9.5 minute miles for a while) and my long run capability right now is probably 9 miles. 11/19/08: My long run is about 10 miles right now (Not a strong 10) I am looking for someone to run the long runs and maybe the long speed runs with. I intend to max out at around 18 miles in early April. I'm not very fast, but I need company!!
TrainingCommentsI work evenings full-time, looking for someone that would like to run with me. This weekend (10/11) I'm running the Summit Pumpkin Dash 5k for fun if anyone wants to join.
TrainingCommentsI am running my second 1/2 marathon, but I always put seem to put my training off until the very end! I plan to walk/jog my upcoming 1/2 marathon & not get discouraged. However I plan to run the snake river 1/2 marathon (3/7/09) and would like to be in shape for it! I'm a slow runner, but would love a partner to hold me accountable & someone else to train with. I have a membership at "Anytime Fitness" in Pullman, and don't mind logging miles on the treadmill. Ideally I would like to become a "life" runner and get in shape! Anyone want to join me?!
TrainingCommentsI just moved here to attend school. I would like to find someone to run with indoor or outdoor. I am a slow runner so if someone is a little faster than me and willing to push a little harder I am willing.
TrainingCommentsI'm new to the area and looking for people who like to run!
TrainingCommentsI'm looking for a running partner who could run weekdays after 5 pm or weekends. I prefer running with others and love to run on trails, but that is not always possible so I will run wherever. I have ran one marathon in 3:33, but that was a couple years ago and I'm pretty much starting from scratch now. I haven't decided what race to do yet, just need to develop any kind of a routine with running after this long winter.
TrainingCommentsI wish to run a 10k this spring/summer and a half marathon sometime after that, maybe fall. I was a sprinter in high school but have not raced since then. I work nights so unfortunately my running schedule is very sporadic. If you are flexible then you may be the partner I am looking for. My pace now is about 10.
TrainingCommentsJust moved to Pullman from the west side of the state ... what is all this white stuff they call snow??? :) Running in it is sure a new experience for me! I SO need folks to run with ... any distance ... any speed (except too fast! :) I am training for my first ever marathon!! And would love some company on the longer runs especially! My schedule is really flexible too, so please contact me if you're looking for someone to run with! Thanks!!
TrainingCommentsI am a stay at home mom of two and I am currently training for the Vancouver (Canada) marathon. I am looking for a running partner for my longer runs. This is my first marathon and I am a beginner. I am quite a slow runner, however, I will work hard to keep up. |
